The world is
filled with internet users and having a very strong and secured password that will prevent unauthorized users
from gaining access to our secured database, Email account, Social Media
Account, financial Bank Account and much more as become a subject of concern.
The use of
strong and secured password does not only limit on the World Wide Web (www),
but also goes or extend to our computer system at home, offices etc. as well as
our mobile phones and even our electronics.
Having a
strong and secured password that will prevent unauthorized users from gaining
access to our secured files or account is something we should never take
likely.
On this
post, I will be sharing with you six ways you can create a strong and secured
password for your device (computer, mobile phones etc.) as well as your account
on the World Wide Web.

Below are the
six different ways to creating a strong and secured password for yourself:
ALWAYS CHOSE A LONG PASSWORD.
This is the
first thing you need if really you do not want anybody to temper with your
account. Creating a long and unforgettable password is the best way of saving
your account or devices from the so-called ‘Hackers’ or unauthorized users.
A long
password should be between 8 – 12 characters long because anything less than
that is not good enough and anything more than 12 can easily be forgotten.
USE BOTH ALPHABETS AND NUMBERS WHEN CREATING A PASSWORD.
If you want
to create a strong and secured password, then you have to mix it up with
alphabets and numbers in order to make it stronger. Do not over do it or else
you may likely forget the password. 2 – 4 digits in your password should be
enough to make it stronger and un-guessable
ADD SPECIAL CHARACTERS TO YOUR PASSWORD.
Special
characters like; $ % ^ *
& ! ) ( etc. are very important in creating a very strong and secured password for yourself.
My advice
here is, make sure you do not use more than four special characters on a
particular password except you know what you are doing else you may likely
forget it.
USE BOTH UPPER CASE (CAPITAL LETTERS) AND LOWER CASE (SMALL LETTERS) WHEN CREATING PASSWORD.
This may not
make any sense to you now, but if really you want to make a strong password,
then you need both upper case and lower case. You can use the upper case in the
beginning of the password or position it anywhere in the middle of the password
but always make sure it is position in a place where you really will not forget
it easily.
AVOID USING YOUR NAME, ADDRESS WHEN CREATING PASSWORD.
If anybody
want to hack into your computer, the first guess they will take on your
password will be your name, nick name, surname, address, pet name, name of
spouse, mother’s maiden name etc. so try by all means to avoid those names when
creating a password or else mix them up with the above method or ways.
USE PASSWORD GENERATOR IF NEED BE.
I am sure
with all the above listed ways; some of you will still be having issues on
creating a strong password for themselves. In addition, if you are one of such
people, not all hopes are lost yet.
