PayPal is one of the most used and globally accepted payment processor currently in existence.
PayPal is US based payment processor that is currently use by most internet users.
PayPal has a lot of functions and some of the function includes; online shopping, money transfer etc.
WHY YOU NEED TO CREATE AND OPERATE PAYPAL.
There are thousand reasons why you should create and operate PayPal. Among some of the reasons, I will be considering five solid reasons for the sake of this post.

HOW TO CREATE PAYPAL (FOR LISTED COUNTRY ONLY).
To create PayPal account, you will need the following in hand.
Working phone number.
Globally accepted master card.

Valid email address

Click on the “SIGNUP” Button.
Fill in the necessary information and click on the sign up button.
Remember to confirm the link send to your email address by login into your mailbox and clicking on the link sent to your mail from PayPal.
After the confirmation, login into your PayPal account using your Email address as your User Name and your created Password.
After that login to your PayPal account, you now need to link your card (credit or debit) to your PayPal account by pointing to setting and clicking on the LINK MY CARD and make sure you verify the card as well. You can repeat the process for linking your account details.
Remember to also verify your phone number by clicking the verify Phone number on the setting menu as well.
In case your country is not among the listed country by PayPal, don’t worry because I have that in mind already.
If your country is not listed, I will show you some simple tricks on how to create and operate PayPal in your restricted country by bypassing PayPal security to create and Operate PayPal in your country with no problem at all.
Before showing you how to do it, you will need the following in place:
Working email address.
Foreign phone number (example Uk/USA etc).
Globally accepted master Card.
Proxy software or IP changer (example TunnelBear).

If you have all the above listed item, then you are set to go. In case you don’t have any or all of the above listed, don’t worry also, because I will show you where to get them for free (for now).
After getting all the required item, you can start the process as thus:
Install your TunnelBear and login (create a new account if you don’t have one).
Select the destination or the country you wish operate PayPal from and click the connect.

Make sure you use the same country as the one you selected on your TUNNELBEAR.

Confirm the email message sent to you by PayPal by clicking on the link inside the verification message.
Login and verify your phone number (the foreign number).
After the verification is successful, you can now link your Globally accepted master card.
And you are done.

Remember to always connect your proxy software first, before accessing your PayPal account or even when making payment online with your PayPal account.
